Tracy both owns and operates Kismet Farms in Martinez, California. Kismet Farms is the home of her thriving three day eventing barn as well as her combined driving team as well.

They have over 70 horses on the property and it has all of the amenities and elements needed to support high performance equestrian teams. Tracy has developed several riders up through the 5* in eventing and her students continue to achieve top results from the starter level up through the FEI ranks.
